1. Damage Dispute Resolution
📸 The "Four-Photo Rule" (360° Verification)
- Initial Documentation: Before keys are handed over, the vendor must ensure the renter uploads four high-resolution photos (Front, Back, Left Side, Right Side) via the platform.
- Legal Protection: This digital record serves as the sole evidence for resolving damage claims. Undocumented damages cannot be billed to the renter.
2. Transparency & Zero Hidden Fees
- Upfront Disclosure: All potential costs, including security deposits and fuel policies, must be listed explicitly.
- Zero Tolerance: Charging unlisted "cleaning fees" or "service charges" at the time of pickup is strictly prohibited.
3. Digital KYC & Physical Verification
- Platform Verification: Evrentl performs digital KYC (Aadhaar/Driving License) for all renters.
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must physically verify the original Driving License at handover to match the platform's verified records.
